Conversational AI Analytics Platform
- Designed a conversational AI analytics interface for the CCTS platform that lets users query historical emissions data in natural language and receive instant insights, trends, and projections — reducing reliance on manual reporting.
- Created the end-to-end interaction flow from empty-state onboarding with guided suggestions to a rich analytics canvas with AI-generated KPIs, charts, and recommendations, ensuring users could explore data without prior training.
- Defined the information architecture for AI-driven insights, structuring emissions data into executive summaries, performance comparisons, and actionable recommendations aligned with net-zero and decarbonization goals.
- Designed a split-panel layout pairing the analytics canvas with a chat interface, enabling iterative querying where each conversation builds on previous insights — mirroring how analysts naturally explore data.
